IMPORTANT REFUND UPDATE

Good afternoon Roy AYSO families,
On 6/8/2020 we learned during a phone call with Sports Connect, our website support supplier, that they were unable to process the majority of the the credit card transactions that had been requested due to a change in the card merchant support system they were using at the time the payments had been made. In order to complete the refunds that have been requested, AYSO Region 286 is working with our bulk check writing partner to ensure that these refunds are completed. PLEASE NOTE, refund checks WILL BE MAILED TO THE ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT. If your address has recently changed, please log in to your account and update your address ASAP. Once the check writing service has been connected to our account and the file has been received, checks are mailed within 24 hours.
We have appreciated you patience as we have worked through this unprecedented process. We hope to have this fully resolved very soon.
