AYSO Region 286 – Refund Policy
We understand that life can change unexpectedly, and sometimes refunds are necessary. Below is our refund policy to help you understand the process and what to expect.
Important Information About Refunds
The
$25.00
AYSO National Player Membership Fee is non-refundable
, as it is paid directly to the AYSO National organization and does not pass through Region 286’s account. However, this membership is transferable to another AYSO Region or program, such as United or EXTRA.
The
$3.50
processing fee is non-refundable
, as it is charged by the website to process credit card transactions and does not go to AYSO Region 286.
The
ONLY
refundable portion of the registration fee is the division fee
charged by Region 286, which is used to support and operate the local program, including program-related expenses.
Refund Processing Information
We will make every effort to refund the available division fee back to the credit card used during registration. If that is not possible, a check will be mailed to the address on file.
Refund checks are processed and mailed once per month.
Refund Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted
NO
later than the
second
game of the season

Requests received after that point will
not be eligible
for a refund.
