Refund Policy

Refunds for the Fall /Spring season must be requested using the attached Google Sheet. 

We understand things happen in life and refunds must be given. We just wanted to make you aware of how to request one and what will happen after.

To request a refund please complete the form below.

Information about refunds:
-$20.00 AYSO National Player Membership fee is a non-refundable fee that was paid to AYSO National Office. It can be transferred to other AYSO Regions and/or Programs such as United or EXTRA.
-Uniform cost will be deducted from the refund if a refund is requested one week before the season starts or later
-No refund will be provided after the child plays their first game of the season.
-We will try to refund the money back to the credit card that was used when registering. This is not always possible. If it is not possible a check will be mailed to the address on file. 
-Refund checks are mailed out once a month
-Refund requests for the Fall season will only be accepted until Sept 1st, 2022.
